Our schools opera is a 40 minute performance designed to appeal to primary school children (and their teachers!). The performance is followed by question time
and an opportunity for budding theatrical/musical enthusiasts to explore the set, interact with the performers and consider what it might take to forge a career
in the arts.

Little Red is not impressed. Life feels a little bit dull — until she meets Wolfie, a mischievous dog with a secret talent. Wolfie is charming, thrilling and...he can
sing! He is determined to lead Little Red off on an exciting adventure. Set to the sparkling music of Mozart’s Don Giovanni, this lively new opera for children is full of humour, heart, glorious tunes and ends with a joyful surprise that no one saw coming.

Tommaso Pollio will play his cleverly adapted score on piano. WAAPA graduates will perform the story created by the talented Penny Shaw.
